In this role, you will be responsible for leading the creation of the overall business strategy and its commercial execution for the Services division across <b>Philippines,</b><b><b> </b>Malaysia and Singapore</b>. You will oversee business planning with the respective teams, drive execution, and ensure the top line performance of the division. Additionally, you will develop go-to-market strategies, support cross-business initiatives, and manage a team dedicated to driving profitable growth and delivering comprehensive value propositions. The <b>Services Commercial Manager &amp; CLV Manage</b>r will report to the Service Commercial Manager APAC.  This role will be ideally located in the Philippines.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Leads the overall business strategy creation and commercial execution of the Services business across Businesses in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for setting CLV strategy, targets and execution in coordination with businesses and sales leaders</p></li><li><p>Determines go to market strategy and drives performance across all channels (direct, channel partners, PLS)</p></li><li><p>Responsible for the topline in the Services market P&amp;L and delivering on the financial commitments and top line targets.</p></li><li><p>Develops the strategic planning with the respective businesses and leads sales execution</p></li><li><p>Develops local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion)</p></li><li><p>Supports the Businesses in the creation of integral (equipment &#43; service) value propositions to drive profitable growth </p></li><li><p>Generates locally relevant insights as input for proposition and roadmap development </p></li><li><p>Drives continuous improvement of the sales process and sales excellence applying LEAN</p></li><li><p>Responsible for Market introduction of new Services and Lifecycle solutions</p></li><li><p>Manages a team of Services account managers, Renewal specialists and Lifecycle Business Manager across Businesses (dotted line and direct reports) </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>You&#39;re the right fit if:</b></p><ul><li><p>You bring at least 12 - 15 years’ experience with Bachelor&#39;s OR Master&#39;s in areas such as Sales Strategy, Business Development, Sales Operations, Marketing technology, Healthcare, MedTech or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated strength in key account management, team leadership, coaching, training, and performance management aimed at achieving sales excellence.</p></li><li><p>Experience with high-volume, large-ticket service sales, with the ability to manage complex transaction cycles and high-stakes negotiations.</p></li><li><p>You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to navigate and influence in a matrix environment, teamwork, problem-solving, solution selling, CRM, along with being very analytical and data-driven with strong business acumen.</p></li><li><p>Are customer-focused, thrive in teamwork, demonstrate resilience, efficiency, and possess the ability to effectively set and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining integrity.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About Philips</b><br />We are a health technology company.
