Work Flexibility: Field-based<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Position summary:</b></p><p>To solve the technical/application problems of the product of Stryker installed in market, support sales/marketing for technical issues to keep business growing</p><p></p><p><b>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</b> <i>(Detailed Description)</i></p><ul><li><p>Product installation, operation guide, OR standby, maintenance guide for customers</p></li><li><p>Coaching dealer’s field engineers to do any field engineering action</p></li><li><p>Prepare, set up, standby for any product demonstration / exhibition for sales / marketing department</p></li><li><p>Act as a bridge between customer and service center for the communication on trouble-shooting</p></li><li><p>Report and deliver the Non-local-repairable faulty product to repair center</p></li><li><p>Responsible for the collection of final payment</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain close relationship with customer</p></li><li><p>Execute the service process</p><ul><li><p>Input all service record in time</p></li><li><p>Input all business trip record in time</p></li></ul></li></ul><p><b>Education & Experience</b><b>:</b></p><ul><li><p>Above college degree with specialization in electronics, bioengineering, or relevant special field</p></li><li><p>At least 1 year of relevant experience gained in medical and healthcare industry is preferred</p></li><li><p>Technical background is a plus</p></li><li><p>Auto CAD skill is required(apply to Berchtold engineer)</p></li></ul><p><b>Physical & Mental Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>Strong problem solving and communication skills</p></li><li><p>Continuously demonstrates service awareness through maintaining business relationship</p></li><li><p>Strong sense of responsibility</p></li><li><p>With health- related certificates as required by the government to prove good conditions(健康证)</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: None<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
