Service Support

This position will be responsible for supporting the field service team. Main Task is to support their office work and be bridge between customer and engineer.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Main Responsibilities &amp; Tasks:</b></p><ul><li>Create standard certificates and issue.</li><li>Telephone operation from customer and dealer</li><li>Customer management for field service</li><li>Quotation</li><li>Communication with internal and external customer</li><li>dispatch and schedule management in the future</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</b></p><p><b>Minimum requirements</b></p><ul><li>2-3 years’ experience as Sales support or Service support job</li><li>PC skill (MS office, Excel, Word, PPT)</li><li>Native-level Japanese with strong overall communication skills</li><li>Strong team player</li><li>Strong aspirations for self-growth in a global company</li><li>Able to read and write in English; willingness to learn English and to make efforts to speak in English when required</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Ideal requirements</b> (additional to above requirement)</p><ul><li>Strong multi-tasking skills</li><li>Experience of service support in a global (non-Japanese) company</li><li>Experience of SAP (ERP) operation</li><li>Intermediate or above English Skills (speaking and listening)</li></ul><p></p><p><b>About Sartorius </b></p><p></p><p>Sartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
