Work Flexibility: Field-based<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>As a <span>Service Sales Representative</span> , you will play a key role in growing our service business across the region. You’ll focus on selling ProCare service contracts, spare parts, accessories, and value-added service options helping our customers keep their systems running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with the Service Commercial and Technical Service Team to combine your technical background with a strong commercial mindset, ensuring every service offer fits the customer’s needs and supports long-term business growth.</p><p></p><h1><b>What you will do</b></h1><p></p><ul><li><p>Increase service revenue by identifying and converting new opportunities for ProCare service contracts, spare parts, preventative maintenance and extended warranty packages.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain strong customer relationships, especially with biomedical engineers, procurement teams, and hospital decision-makers.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Technical Service, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver the best customer solutions.</p></li><li><p>Manage the full sales process, from opportunity identification and proposal preparation to negotiation and closing.</p></li><li><p>Promote service upgrades and preventive maintenance programs to improve system reliability and customer satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proposal accuracy and participate in tender processes while maintaining compliance with ProCare policies and pricing structures.</p></li><li><p>Improve service sales performance by tracking renewal timelines, monitoring warranty conversions, and closing opportunities on time.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for all service sales activities, primarily service contracts, in hospitals carrying the Stryker brand across Poland.</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>What you need</b></h1><p></p><p>Required:</p><ul><li><p>A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical or business field</p></li><li><p>Experience in technical or service sales</p></li><li><p>Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships</p></li><li><p>Strong business sense and ability to explain how technical features bring customer and financial value</p></li><li><p>Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach with a positive attitude</p></li><li><p>Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 70% across Poland</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in English and Polish</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred:</p><ul><li><p>Experience in medical devices or capital equipment</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i>Salary information will be provided during the recruitment process.</i></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 80%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
