The role also ensures policy compliance, coordinates training plans, and handles escalations with strategic solutions to improve operational efficiency.</p><p></p><p><b>Your Role:</b></p><ul><li><p>Executes short- to mid‑term resource plans, ensuring effective allocation aligned with service demands and organizational goals.</p></li><li><p>Manages daily scheduling and resolves complex conflicts to maximize resource utilization and minimize disruptions.</p></li><li><p>Maintains accurate records of resource activities and performance metrics to support reporting, compliance, and improvement efforts.</p></li><li><p>Analyzes issues and applies specialized expertise to resolve moderately to highly complex resource‑related challenges.</p></li><li><p>Maintains and updates capacity plans using forecasts and historical data to ensure resources are available for future service needs.</p></li><li><p>Coordinates training plans, drives continuous process improvements, and serves as the escalation point for resource planning matters to ensure seamless operations.</p></li></ul><p></p></div><p><b>You&#39;re the right fit if:</b></p><div><ul><li><p>Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations Coordinator, Supply Chain Management or Customer Services, Resource Planning with bachelor&#39;s degree in business operations, supply chain management, operations or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to resolve complex scheduling conflicts and optimize capacity using forecasts and historical data.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in maintaining accurate operational records, dashboards, and performance metrics to support reporting and compliance.</p></li><li><p>Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills, including handling escalations and partnering across teams for seamless operations.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>How we work together</b><br />We believe that we are better together than apart.
