<h3>Job Title</h3>Service Delivery Performance Specialist<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The Service Delivery Performance Specialist is responsible for working towards service delivery performance, encompassing financial, operational performance, productivity, and solution delivery performance, working under limited supervision.</p><p></p><p><b>Your role :</b></p><ul><li>The role works to execute the established plans and objectives related to service &amp; solution delivery performance improvement.</li><li>The role implements programs aimed at enhancing performance.</li><li>The role applies lean techniques, practical problem-solving, and Six Sigma methodologies to address and resolve problems effectively.</li><li>The role assists in identifying areas for improvement in professional services, solution delivery, and service delivery.</li><li><span>Drive and implement E2E global initiatives with cross functional teams across Service, Markets , Q&amp;R ,R&amp;D and other functions</span></li><li>Maintain a global active interactive technical specialist’s community. Co-develop and host webinars for CT and AMI.</li><li>Manage monthly performance Meetings for CT </li><li>Publish a monthly CT/AMI NewsBlast.</li><li>Manage CT <span>Service</span> KPI’s and Drive continuous improvements initiatives including <span>productivity and</span> Norms </li></ul><p><br /><b>You&#39;re the right fit if:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s / Master&#39;s Degree in Health Science, Engineering or Information Systems or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum <span>3 </span>years of experience in areas such as Service Delivery, Performance Management or equivalent<span>.</span></li><li>Experience working with cross functional teams on a global level.</li><li>Experience in data analytics, excel , PowerPoint ,(Power BI -advantage)</li><li><span>Experience in managing Service projects with cross functional teams on a global level.</span></li><li>Product and Technical expertise with Medical Devices and service activities (CT – Advantage)</li><li>Project Management skills; Tracking and reporting progress  </li><li>Presentation skills and knowledge sharing</li><li>Fluency in English</li></ul><p><b>Advantages </b>:</p><ul><li>Experience with medical device <span>and regulations</span></li></ul><p></p><p>*This position isn’t open for relocation  </p><p><br /><b>How we work together</b><br />We believe that we are better together than apart.
