Als Service Coördinator Laboratoriumapparatuur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige administratieve en operationele coördinatie van serviceactiviteiten aan laboratoriumapparatuur. Je vormt de centrale schakel tussen klanten, engineers, leveranciers en interne afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat onderhouds-, kalibratie-, validatie- en reparatiewerkzaamheden efficiënt worden gepland, uitgevoerd en administratief afgehandeld.

Je begeleidt het volledige proces van aanvraag tot facturatie. Dit omvat onder andere het beoordelen van klantverzoeken, het opstellen van offertes en servicecontracten, het inplannen van engineers, het bestellen van onderdelen en diensten, het bewaken van de voortgang van werkzaamheden en het oplossen van administratieve en financiële vraagstukken.

In deze rol heb je dagelijks contact met klanten, leveranciers en collega's en draag je er zorg voor dat servicewerkzaamheden tijdig, correct en volgens de afgesproken kwaliteitsnormen worden uitgevoerd. Dankzij jouw organisatorische vaardigheden en klantgerichte aanpak verloopt de serviceverlening soepel en professioneel.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Plannen en coördineren van onderhouds-, kalibratie-, validatie- en reparatiewerkzaamheden aan laboratoriumapparatuur.
• Efficiënt inplannen en inzetten van field service engineers.
• Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes, servicecontracten en opdrachtbevestigingen.
• Inkopen van onderdelen, materialen en externe diensten.
• Coördineren van klantaanvragen en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor servicegerelateerde vragen.
• Bewaken van de voortgang van serviceactiviteiten en tijdig informeren van klanten.
• Verwerken en beheren van serviceadministratie, documentatie en klantgegevens.
• Genereren en beheren van inkooporders (PO's).
• Controleren en afhandelen van facturen, prijsverschillen en openstaande administratieve acties.
• Onderhouden van contacten met klanten, leveranciers en interne stakeholders.
• Zorgdragen voor een correcte en volledige administratieve afhandeling van serviceopdrachten van aanvraag tot facturatie.

Gewenst profiel

• MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau.
• Ervaring in een coördinerende, administratieve of customer service functie.
• Sterke organisatorische en planningsvaardigheden.
• Administratief nauwkeurig en procesmatig sterk.
• Communicatief vaardig in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
• Klantgericht, proactief en in staat om meerdere dossiers tegelijkertijd te beheren.
• Affiniteit met techniek, laboratoriumapparatuur of technische dienstverlening is een pré.
