<p><strong><u>What You'll Do</u></strong></p>
<p>The Market Access organization plays a critical role in that mission. This team is responsible for ensuring that patients can access BridgeBio’s innovative therapies and have a seamless, human-centered experience throughout their treatment journey. The scope includes all aspects of U.S. market access—payer and account strategy across medical and pharmacy benefit channels, HEOR, pricing and contracting, reimbursement, distribution, and industry-leading patient support programs. We believe deeply in an <strong>integrated, agile approach</strong> to access that balances rigor with empathy in an increasingly complex healthcare environment.</p>
<p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior Vice President of Market Access</strong> to lead this function as an enterprise leader at BridgeBio. This individual will be accountable for developing and executing strategies that optimize <strong>patient access, reimbursement, availability, and affordability</strong> for our U.S. portfolio, spanning rare disease and specialty therapies. The SVP will serve as a key member of the Commercial Leadership Team and a strategic partner across the broader BridgeBio organization.</p>
<p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead, develop, and inspire a <strong>high-performing team</strong>, fostering an inclusive environment where people are empowered to do their best work in service of patients</li>
<li>Provide enterprise leadership on U.S. portfolio- and product-level <strong>pricing, access, reimbursement, distribution, HEOR and affordability strategies</strong>, spanning in-line products, lifecycle management, and future pipeline planning</li>
<li>Serve as a senior leader within the U.S. organization, contributing to both <strong>financial performance and long-term patient impact</strong>, and helping to shape BridgeBio’s commercial strategy as we grow</li>
<li>Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Commercial, Medical Affairs, Legal, Finance, CMC, and Government Affairs to anticipate and respond to <strong>market, policy, and regulatory dynamics</strong> affecting patient access</li>
<li>Lead efforts to negotiate complex agreements across payers, PBMs, specialty and retail pharmacies, GPOs, and distribution partners</li>
<li>Build and oversee <strong>industry-leading patient and reimbursement support programs</strong>, leveraging technology, data, and human-centered design to reduce friction for patients, caregivers, and providers</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><u>Where You'll Work</u></strong></p>
<p>This is a onsite role and requires in-office collaboration 2-3x per week in our San Francisco Office.</p>
<p><strong><u>Who You Are</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field; advanced degree strongly preferred</li>
<li>15+ years of experience within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology organization, with a demonstrated track record of <strong>building and leading high-impact teams</strong> and delivering meaningful business and patient outcomes</li>
<li>10+ years of direct leadership experience in <strong>U.S. Market Access</strong>, with exposure to complex portfolios including specialty and/or rare disease products; global or ex-U.S. experience is a plus</li>
<li>Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including <strong>payer, PBM, GPO, specialty pharmacy, distributor, and provider dynamics</strong>, and proven experience navigating challenging reimbursement and access scenarios</li>
<li>Established executive-level relationships with key U.S. access stakeholders and a reputation for <strong>credibility, transparency, and principled negotiation</strong></li>
<li>You have demonstrated curiosity and adaptability in adopting AI-powered tools and technologies.</li>

Below is the anticipated salary range for candidates for this role who will work in California. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, location of residence and performance during the interview process. BridgeBio is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions based in other states.</div>
