Work Flexibility: Remote<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>About the job:</b></p><p>As a Sports Medicine Upstream leader for APAC, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that shape the future of our product portfolio. This role involves a deep understanding market trends, & ability to identify key market segments within the APAC region. This role involves collaborating across functions (& with our global business), influencing business leaders, and building strong industry relationships to deliver impactful strategies.</p><p></p><p><b>Who we want:</b><br />• Hard-working winners. People who build and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, information, use cases, and industry analyses to develop best practices.<br /><br /><b>What you will be doing:</b><br />• Responsible for the product, program, or portfolio strategy<br />• Interpret competitive landscape and incorporate into marketing strategy<br />• Author key strategy documents: strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch plans, etc<br />• Deploy resources to measure, monitor, and direct changes to marketing strategy to drive customer engagement<br />• Drive segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiency<br />• Establish pricing strategy that assures alignment with overall business goals and P&L drivers<br />• Establish metrics and goals/success criteria and milestones<br />• Conduct post-launch analysis and implements lessons learned<br />• Forecast sales while considering the market, product, and other valuable factors<br />• Demonstrate financial acumen<br />• Mentor, develop and influence across the business, intentionally building cross-divisional relationships<br />• Develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, and institutions, and translate business insights into future business strategy<br />• Routinely make decisions which may affect immediate operations and have a divisional impact<br /><br /><b>Who are we looking for:</b><br />• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred<br />• 8+ years of work experience required<br />• 5+ years medical device or marketing experience preferred<br />• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills<br />• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<br />• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines<br />• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority<br />• Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies<br />• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 30%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
