<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>· Lead and manage sales support activities to enhance overall sales effectiveness</p><p>· Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned areas</p><p>· Build and maintain strong, direct relationships with key HCPs to enhance company visibility and reputation</p><p>· Support the Arthroplasty KOL development initiatives and execution of NPL strategies</p><p>· Provide clinical and commercial support for the Arthroplasty products, including Cori business</p><p>· Collaborate closely with distributors to address increasing support needs and drive business growth</p><p>· Act as a key internal member to the sales team, minimizing learning curves and ensuring smooth execution of strategies</p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications & Experience</b></p><p>· Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the healthcare or medical device industry</p><p>· Strong understanding of sales support, KOL management, and distributor collaboration</p><p>· Proven experience working directly with HCPs and opinion leaders</p><p>· Experience in orthopedic and/or arthroplasty business is highly preferred</p><p>· Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth at a regional/provincial level</p><p>· Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills</p><p>· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams</p><p></p><p><b>Preferred Attributes</b></p><p>· Familiarity with advanced Hip & knee arthroplasty solutions and technologies</p><p>· Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability</p><div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Stay connected by joining our <a href="https://smithnephew.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/External/page/4ba17039009510002b17ea5e89c40000" target="_blank">Talent Community</a>.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span><span>We're more than just a company - we're</span><span> a community!
