Senior Territory Manager, Joint Replacement (West & Southwest Netherlands)

Work Flexibility: Field-based<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Territory: West &amp; Southwest Netherlands</b></p><p></p><p><b>About the role</b></p><p></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Territory Manager to join our <b>Joint Replacement division</b>, owning and developing the West &amp; Southwest Netherlands territory.</p><p></p><p>This is a senior individual contributor role, suited to a commercially driven professional who operates at advisor level with clinical customers and consistently delivers results in a target-driven environment.</p><p></p><p><b>Joint Replacement: </b><a href="https://www.stryker.com/it/en/portfolios/orthopaedics/joint-replacement.html" target="_blank"><b>Joint Replacement | Stryker</b></a></p><p></p><p><b>Key responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Own and grow the Joint Replacement business across the assigned territory</p></li><li><p>Drive new business development while managing and expanding existing accounts</p></li><li><p>Build strong, trust-based relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Provide expert product support and case coverage in theatre</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute structured territory business plans, including pipeline and forecasting</p></li><li><p>Position Stryker’s Joint Replacement portfolio through a consultative, value-led sales approach</p></li><li><p>Collaborate cross-functionally and act as a role model within the sales team</p></li><li><p>Operate with the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and professionalism</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we’re looking for</b></p><ul><li><p>6&#43; years of successful sales experience, ideally within medical devices</p></li><li><p>Joint Replacement experience strongly preferred; related implants, trauma, sports medicine, or similar backgrounds considered</p></li><li><p>Proven track record of consistent performance</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of the medical device environment and relevant regulations</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English and Dutch</p></li><li><p>Valid driving licence</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s or equivalent in a relevant field</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Working environment</b></p><p>This role requires regular travel within the West &amp; Southwest Netherlands and frequent presence in operating theatres.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 80%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
