<p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><h2><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b></h2><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p>We have a great opportunity for a <b>(Senior) Territory Manager</b> to join Abbott’s <b>Electrophysiology </b>(EP) division covering <b>the Midlands </b>(key accounts in Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Leicester).</p><p></p><p><u>What you&#39;ll do:</u></p><ul><li>Responsible for revenue generation and growing market share within the assigned accounts, for the full EP product range of disposables, software and capital.</li><li>You will develop strong, professional relationships across the spectrum of personnel to identify needs and opportunities within assigned accounts, knowing customer habits.</li><li>You will play an integral role in generating and sustaining new business and be responsible for the effective on-boarding of new clients in strategic target accounts.</li><li>Deliver market leading customer experience to allocated accounts.</li><li>Create detailed and documented business/account plans that provide sustainable business growth year on year, and leverage all analytical tools to monitor sales performance.</li><li>Support Product Introductions and implement marketing strategies, leveraging on clinical data.</li></ul><p></p><p><u>What you&#39;ll need:</u></p><ul><li>University degree or significant professional track record in sales</li><li>Prior experience within complex devices sales - with EP experience strongly preferred</li><li>Strong commercial acumen, demonstrable through cross divisional collaboration and results</li><li>Understands the health care reimbursement environment, to allow the delivery of value to the customer and develop strategic partnerships over the long term</li></ul><p></p><p>As you would expect from an innovative global health care company, we offer a competitive range of benefits to support you and your family, including excellent salaries, bonus potential, a fantastic defined contribution pension scheme, private healthcare, life assurance and a flexible benefits scheme.
