You’ll support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from job scoping and sourcing to selection, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and accurate data in our ATS. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of Compass’s mission and research focus, enabling you to attract and engage top-tier talent who align with our purpose and values.&nbsp;&nbsp; Location: Hybrid in our New York City, USA.
