If you enjoy solving complex supply challenges, improving processes, and delivering high quality outcomes in a fast paced environment, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact.<p style="text-align:inherit"><br /> </p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description</b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><div><ul><li><p>Set up and maintain complex local and global<span> </span><b>master data</b> in a<span> </span><b>GxP environment</b>, ensuring compliance with Novartis standards, processes, guidelines, business matrix, and SLA timelines; act as<span> </span><b>SME</b> and support KPI reporting.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Ensure<span> </span><b>end to end logistics, warehousing and distribution</b> activities are executed on time, with high quality and efficiency, fully compliant with laws and supply chain policies; drive continuous improvement initiatives.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Ensure<span> </span><b>material availability</b> in line with the approved production plan through daily<span> </span><b>MRP oversight</b>, BOM requirements analysis, and proactive management of exception messages.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Manage and monitor<span> </span><b>purchase orders</b> in the ERP system (including past due prevention), maintain MRP relevant data and material technical specifications, and execute operational buying where applicable.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Coordinate inbound material flow by providing a<span> </span><b>load balanced dispatch list</b> for Warehouse and Quality to meet production needs; manage supplier complaints and returns.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Monitor supplier performance (Quality OTIF, lead time adherence), lead corrective action plans, and drive improvements to achieve delivery and service level targets.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Execute<span> </span><b>order management</b> for intercompany fulfilment (order completion monitoring, change requests, invoicing), support returns, rebates, and credit debit notes; set delivery priorities and act as<span> </span><b>SPOC</b> for escalations.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Ensure timely reporting of<span> </span><b>technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios</b> within 24 hours and support distribution of marketing samples where applicable.</p></li></ul></div><p></p><p><b>Essential Requirements:</b></p><div><ul><li><p>Degree or equivalent experience in<span> </span><b>Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business</b>, or a related field.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Proven experience in<span> </span><b>supply chain operations</b> including<span> </span><b>planning, inventory management, logistics and transportation, warehouse management</b>, and<span> </span><b>order management</b>.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Strong expertise in<span> </span><b>master data management</b> and working with data quality KPIs (completeness, consistency, accuracy).</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Solid working knowledge of<span> </span><b>ERP</b> and MRP driven processes; confident handling of day to day execution and exception management.<span><span> </span>Prior experience with D365 or SAP s4/HANA is an advantage.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Good understanding of<span> </span><b>GMP</b> requirements; familiarity with<span> </span><b>HSE</b> standards in an operational environment.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Strong<span> </span><b>data analytics and digital</b> skills to support reporting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Demonstrated<span> </span><b>operational excellence</b> mindset with experience driving process improvements and supporting service level targets.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>High<span> </span><b>resilience</b> with a structured approach to<span> </span><b>risk management</b>, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination in a fast paced environment.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><b>Fluent English</b> (written and spoken).</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p></div><p><b>Why Novartis: </b>Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
