As Sanofi&#39;s recognised subject matter expert in government immunisation partnerships, this role drives measurable improvements in vaccination coverage and health equity outcomes through strategic collaboration, thought leadership and influence.</p><p></p><p>Operating with significant autonomy in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, this position shapes Sanofi&#39;s national immunisation strategy and positions the organisation as a valued public health partner aligned with Australia&#39;s National Immunisation Strategy vision of &#34;a healthier Australia through immunisation.&#34;</p><p></p><p>Through trusted senior-level relationships and strategic collaboration across the six NIS priority areas - Improve Access and Equity, Build Trust and Understanding, Use Data More Effectively, Strengthen the Immunisation Workforce, Harness New Technologies, and Implement Sustainable Reform - this role delivers measurable business value while advancing public health objectives.</p><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Priorities/Key responsibilities</b></p><p><b>1. Strategic Partnership Leadership &amp; Senior Stakeholder Management</b></p><p>• Own and execute Sanofi&#39;s engagement strategy with State/Territory Health Departments, PHN immunisation leads, and PHU communicable disease teams across all Australian jurisdictions</p><p>• Build and maintain trusted, senior-level relationships that position Sanofi as the preferred industry partner in achieving national and jurisdictional immunisation goals</p><p>• Represent Sanofi at national immunisation forums, conferences, and industry working groups</p><p></p><p><b>2.National &amp; Jurisdictional Immunisation Program Leadership</b></p><p>• Drive smooth adoption and optimal implementation of new NIP-funded and State-funded programs by primary care and community providers</p><p>• Own program implementation strategy, launch planning, and operational delivery support across all jurisdictions</p><p>• Develop and execute multi-year partnership roadmaps that anticipate policy changes and funding cycles</p><p></p><p><b>3. System Intelligence &amp; Program Insights</b></p><p>• Lead comprehensive stakeholder mapping and environmental scanning to identify strategic collaboration pathways</p><p>• Provide evidence-based strategic recommendations to ANZ leadership on partnership priorities, resource allocation, and market opportunities</p><p>• Monitor and analyse policy developments, funding announcements, and program changes across all jurisdictions</p><p>• Translate jurisdictional intelligence into actionable insights</p><p>• Present quarterly strategic reviews to senior leadership on partnership performance, trends, and opportunities</p><p>• Lead cross-functional working groups to align partnership strategy with commercial, medical, policy, and market access objectives</p><p></p><p><b>4. Access, Equity &amp; Coverage Improvement</b></p><p>• Design and execute initiatives that drive measurable improvements in vaccination coverage across priority and under-immunised populations</p><p>• Lead collaboration with PHNs and PHUs to identify barriers and develop evidence-based localised solutions</p><p>• Track and report on coverage improvement outcomes attributable to Sanofi partnership activities</p><p>• Lead dedicated programs to improve vaccine uptake among First Nations communities</p><p></p><p><b>5. Provider Enablement &amp; Program Implementation</b></p><p>• Lead provider education strategy that strengthens vaccination practice quality and program uptake</p><p>• Own PHN engagement strategy to ensure general practice readiness and effective provider training linkage</p><p></p><p><b>6. Performance Management &amp; Continuous Improvement</b></p><p>• Define, track, and report on partnership KPIs including coverage improvements and partnership ROI</p><p>• Deliver measurable business value through strategic partnerships that advance both commercial objectives and public health outcomes</p><p>• Benchmark against global best practices and adapt innovative partnership models for the ANZ context</p><p>• Identify emerging opportunities and risks, developing proactive strategies to maximise value and mitigate challenges</p><p></p><p><b>Health, Safety and Environment</b></p><ul><li><p>Take reasonable care of the health and safety of yourself and others.</p></li><li><p>Cooperate with Sanofi management in the provision of a healthy and safe workplace.</p></li><li><p>Identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviours and immediately notify the Manager of any serious incidents; complete an Incident / Injury Report and forward to Human Resources within 48 hours where necessary.</p></li><li><p>Undertake duties in accordance with the current Sanofi Policies and Procedures.</p></li><li><p>Report non-conformance in accordance with the requirements of the Sanofi quality system.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Sanofi Values</b></p><p>This position is required to demonstrate the following Take the Lead values:</p><p>- Aim Higher, Act for Patients, Be Bold, Lead Together<b> </b></p><p></p><p><b>Person Profile</b></p><p><i><b>Essential Skills and Experience</b></i></p><ul><li><p><b>6&#43; years in a senior strategic role</b> in the pharmaceutical, vaccine, or healthcare industry with demonstrated government relations or public health partnership experience</p></li><li><p><b>Proven track record</b> of building and maintaining senior-level government relationships </p></li><li><p><b>Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities</b> with ability to translate complex insights into actionable business recommendations and influence senior stakeholders</p></li><li><p><b>Demonstrated ability to operate with significant autonomy</b> in complex, ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments requiring sophisticated independent judgment<span> </span></p></li><li><p><b>Exceptional communication and influencing skills</b> (written &amp; verbal) with experience presenting to senior leadership, government officials, and external forums</p></li><li><p><b>Project management excellence</b> with ability to manage multiple strategic priorities, stakeholder relationships, and competing deadlines effectively</p></li><li><p><b>Willingness to travel extensively</b> across Australian states and territories (up to 20% travel) for stakeholder engagement and program implementation</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i><b>Essential Qualifications</b></i></p><ul><li><p>Degree in Business, Science, Marketing or related</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i><b>Desirable Skills and Experience</b></i></p><ul><li><p>Deep understanding of Australia&#39;s immunisation system, State/Territory health department structures, and PHN/PHU operations</p></li><li><p>Contract or commercial management experience, although experience in a legal, regulatory or medical position might also be considered</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Pursue <i>progress</i>, discover <i>extraordinary</i></h1><p>Better is out there.
