Senior Specialist, Ethics and Compliance
Location: The actual location of this job is onsite at our Morristown, NJ office.
The Senior Specialist will maintain responsibility for the day-to-day aspects of Lonza’s Third Party Risk Management program and coordinate on strategy, communication and training. In this role, you would develop and maintains KPIs and E&C dashboard and provide internal reporting to E&C and other stakeholders. This person will also manage the operational aspects of internal training according to the E&C training plan and coordinate with other Lonza stakeholders on project management and operational duties to support E&C projects.

The full-time base annual salary for this position is expected to range between $97,000 and $132,000. In addition, below you will find a comprehensive summary of the benefits package we offer:
Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.
What you will do:
Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
• Manage the TPRM process, including due diligence at onboarding,
assessments of anti-bribery/anti-corruption risks and human rights risks,
clearing monitoring alerts, and identifying and remediating red flags
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding the due diligence
process, including responding to other companies performing due diligence
on Lonza as a third party
• Develop and implement training content and messaging regarding third party
due diligence
Data Analytics and Reporting
• Develop KPIs based on data in E&C systems to allow for analysis of
compliance trends and emerging risk areas, and to identify areas for potential
compliance enhancements
• Support internal and external reporting on processes and data within scope of
responsibility
Training Operations
• Manage technology used to deploy E&C training provided to Lonza
colleagues
Project Management
• Provide project management and operational support for E&C projects and
systems, as assigned, and in partnership with internal stakeholders including
IT
