Senior Sourcing Manager (Hybrid) will provide leadership of strategic sourcing activities for PCBAs and High-Level Assemblies. You will obtain the best quality, service, and value for products and services through effective bidding, negotiation, and supplier management. This role will have responsibility for leading cross functional efforts to develop and implement strategic commodity plans that include cost reduction initiatives, supply base and optimization and rationalization, quality improvement, risk assessment, contract negotiation, and may include responsibility for cross-divisional, group wide, and/or global strategies and initiatives. This is a hybrid role. We are seeking a candidate in Redmond, Washington or the surrounding area. The employee is expected to be onsite every Wednesday but has the flexibility to work from home. Team members are typically onsite 1-3 days per week.

US5: $123,900 - $206,500 USD Annual
US15: $135,700 - $226,200 USD Annual
