Negotiates, establishes, monitors and enforces supplier contracts and agreements. </p></li><li><p>Identify supply base risk and develop/implement mitigation plans including market assessments, supplier's financial assessments, social responsibility, environment, ethics etc.</p></li><li><p>Obtain and communicate market condition information and technology trends related to commodities and suppliers. Utilize market trends to identify and implement appropriate cost controls and business strategy changes.</p></li><li><p>Lead the development and implementation of strategies and goals for assigned commodities in support of overall divisional business objectives.</p></li><li><p>Create and implement enterprise wide metrics, tools and processes to optimize sourcing and supplier activities.</p></li><li><p>Communicate key supplier management updates and decisions to multiple levels in the organization including Executive Leadership.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you need-</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering or related field, required</p></li><li><p>Leadership experience is a must have</p></li><li><p>7+ years in Supply Management with focus on strategic sourcing and supplier development, highly preferred</p></li><li><p>Engineering/technical background, highly preferred</p></li><li><p>Knowledge and application of supplier contract strategy, negotiations, contractual terms, and contract administration</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of continuous improvement and cost reduction methodologies</p></li><li><p>Experience with supplier metrics & measurement methodologies and supporting systems.</p></li><li><p>Strong skills in leadership, negotiations, influencing, communication & presentation, project management, troubleshooting & problem solving, analysis, strategic thinking, and collaborative team building.</p></li><li><p>Strong judgment with the ability to make and communicate timely and sound decisions</p></li><li><p>Fluent language skills in German and English speaking and writing</p></li><li><p>Valid car driving liscence class B</p></li><li><p><span>Diversity is important to us.
