Senior Solution Architect - Sales Performance Management (SPM)

Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><p><b>Roles and Responsibilities</b></p><p>In this role you will:</p><ul><li><p>Deliver the overall architecture and detailed design for implementing solutions for our <b>sales performance managemen</b>t platforms in line with business needs, functionality, and performance requirements.</p></li><li><p>Work in a global environment, collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and user stories and develop and design a world class connected planning solution.</p></li><li><p>Perform integration related activities necessary to successfully integrate GEHC <b>SPM </b>solutions.</p></li><li><p>Facilitate the use of latest techniques and technology that enhance team’s productivity. Share best practices with development team. Train team when required.</p></li><li><p>Participate in team meetings, introspection sessions and other group activities.</p></li><li><p>Document/review designs and other key development activities in accordance with established GE Healthcare and local quality processes.</p></li><li><p>Investigate and help resolve any complaints reported by end users</p></li><li><p>Participate in all scrum ceremonies and provide inputs to improve the process and performance on the scrum team at every level.</p></li><li><p>Good co-ordination capability within peers across cross-functional scrum teams. Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Act as the change agent for the team and continuously improve both platform and processes working with the leadership team.</p></li><li><p>Ensure applications delivered are compliant with GE Healthcare regulations.</p></li><li><p>Translate existing solutions, requirements, spreadsheets and business problems into technical deliverables and execute.</p></li><li><p>Lead the analysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint</p></li><li><p>Participate in the Enterprise Architecture governance model. Influence technology direction at the enterprise level based on broad expertise across multiple software platforms and technologies</p></li><li><p>Research and evaluate emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities.</p></li><li><p>Understand the integration architecture in the GE Healthcare commercial ecosystem and drive best practices.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualification/Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with minimum 8 years of experience</p></li><li><p>Hands-On <b>Sales Performance Management</b> design and implementation experience.</p></li><li><p>5&#43; years of experience with<b> Varicent</b></p></li><li><p>Led <b>Varicent </b>Implementations</p></li><li><p>Excellent Analytical, Debugging and Problem-Solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Experience in integrating applications</p></li><li><p>Good verbal/written communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver without supervision while using their discretion to seek help when necessary.</p></li><li><p>Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Rally, confluence</p></li><li><p>Experience working in an agile methodology</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Desired Characteristics</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Knowledge of Anaplan &amp; Oracle SPM tooling</b></p></li><li><p>Prior experience of working in the sales and commercial domain is preferable</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of configuration choices and related cost implications; Experience with complex solution configurations.</p></li><li><p><b>SPM in Healthcare </b>industry is a bonus</p></li><li><p>Experience sustaining operational stability through various life cycle phases (planning, implementation, steady state, de-commissioning)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Inclusion and Diversity</span></b></p><p><span>GE Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
