This position is responsible for coaching teams on agile methodologies, facilitating agile ceremonies, driving product roadmaps, releasing values early & often, scaling agile across multiple cross functional teams, removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.</p><p>Main Responsibilities</p><p></p><p>Agile Facilitation</p><p>· Lead and facilitate all agile ceremonies including PI Planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives</p><p>· Guide teams through release planning, backlog refinement, and other scaled agile events</p><p>· Ensure ceremonies are effective, time-boxed, and achieve their intended outcomes</p><p>· Create a safe environment for open communication and collaboration</p><p></p><p>Coaching & Mentoring</p><p>· Coach teams and individuals on agile principles, values, and practices</p><p>· Mentor less experienced Scrum Masters and Agile Practitioners</p><p>· Provide guidance on implementing agile frameworks and adapting them to team needs</p><p>· Support teams in their journey toward self-organization and high performance</p><p>· Coach product owners on backlog refinements, prioritization & value driven delivery</p><p>· Provide Agile coaching to stakeholders and leaders to improve adoption and maturity</p><p></p><p>Impediment Removal</p><p>· Proactively identify and remove impediments that hinder team productivity</p><p>· Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to address systemic blockers</p><p>· Track and communication impediment resolution progress to relevant stakeholders</p><p>· Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address complex challenges</p><p></p><p>Delivery Excellence & Continuous Improvement</p><p>· Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to improve flow, predictability, and quality</p><p>· Drive data driven improvement using Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput, burndown/up, etc.)-informed improvement using Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput, burn-down/up, etc.)</p><p>· Analyze team metrics to identify improvement opportunities</p><p>· Lead retrospectives that result in actionable improvement plans</p><p>· Foster a culture of experimentation and learning</p><p></p><p></p><p>Stakeholder Management</p><p>· Build strong relationships with product owners, business stakeholders, and leadership</p><p>· Communicate team progress, risks, and achievements effectively</p><p>· Manage expectations and negotiate priorities when necessary</p><p>· Advocate for agile principles at all organizational levels</p><p>· Scaling Agile</p><p>· Support the implementation of scaled agile frameworks (Scum of Scrum, LeSS, etc.)</p><p>· Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams</p><p>· Participating in program-level ceremonies and planning</p><p>· Contribute to the organization's agile community of practice</p><p></p><p>About You</p><p></p><p>Required Qualifications</p><p></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field</p><p>· 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer (RTE), Agile Coach, or similar role</p><p>· 5+ years of experience working with multiple agile teams simultaneously and leading agile transformation across large cross functional teams</p><p>· 5+ years of experience working in Biotech & pharmaceutical industry especially in Laboratory space</p><p>· Current certification in at least one of the following: CSM, PSM, SAFe SPC, ICP-ACC</p><p>· Strong understanding of software development, lifecycle and delivery processes</p><p>· Experience with agile at scale in complex enterprise environments</p><p>· Demonstrated leadership experience in driving agile transformation</p><p></p><p>Preferred Skills</p><p>· Experience with agile management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Miro, Confluence etc.)</p><p>· Proficiency in multiple agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, LeSS)</p><p>· Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries</p><p>· Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles</p><p>· Experience with distributed/remote team facilitation</p><p>· Additional certifications such as PMI-ACP, ICP-ATF, CTC, etc</p><p>· Experience in delivering large scale Laboratory informatics solutions i.e. ELN (Electronic notebook), LIMS (Laboratory Information Management systems), SDMS (Scientific data management systems)</p><p>· Expertise in managing & delivering Pharma GxP products and services</p><p></p><p>Key Competencies</p><p></p><p>· Servant Leadership: Ability to lead by
