Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Senior Scientist to join our Cell Line Development team. You will play a key role in the development, characterization, and optimization of mammalian cell lines expressing recombinant therapeutic proteins intended for GMP manufacturing. Responsibilities include daily maintenance of multiple cell cultures, CHO cell line development, cell line characterization, preparing technical reports, executing production and purification of proteins, and training research associates.

Requirements

PhD in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. Proficient in aseptic techniques and mammalian cell culture. Demonstrated experience in developing stably transfected CHO cell lines. Hands-on experience in recombinant protein expression and purification. Strong analytical skills. Fluency in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
