Your skills could be critical in helping our teams accelerate progress.</p><p></p><p>The department of Translational In Vivo Models (TIM) within Sanofi&#39;s R&amp;D in Frankfurt, Germany, is seeking a highly motivated Principal Scientist with a strong background in immunology, molecular biology, and mouse genetics. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.</p><p></p><p>Main Responsibilities</p><p></p><p>Model Characterization and Validation</p><ul><li>Conduct molecular and immuno-phenotypic characterization studies of genetically modified rodent models using state-of-the-art equipment and methodologies</li><li>Design, organize, and execute validation experiments for new transgenic models, ensuring alignment with project milestones and timelines</li><li>Collaborate closely with principal investigators, project pharmacologists, and Sanofi researchers to define and meet specific research project needs</li></ul><p></p><p>Technical Expertise and Analysis</p><ul><li>Perform advanced multicolor spectral flow cytometry (15&#43;
