This is an opportunity to make a real impact while developing deep expertise across a broad, market‑leading portfolio.</p><p></p><p><b>What You Will Do</b></p><ul><li>Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and provide accurate sales updates and forecasts for assigned territories.</li><li>Conduct product presentations, evaluations, and in‑service training in operating theatres to support product adoption and expand the sales funnel.</li><li>Identify business opportunities and develop account strategies to drive territory growth.</li><li>Manage tender submissions, documentation, and responses to RFQs.</li><li>Track and report market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support commercial decisions.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders, including surgeons, nurse managers, biomedical teams, and procurement departments.</li><li>Execute local sales strategies aligned with national MedSurg business objectives.</li><li>Prepare periodic sales performance analysis, highlighting results, forecasts, and critical issues.</li><li>Support marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, conferences, and other key customer events.</li></ul><p>                                                        </p><p><b>What You Will Need</b></p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, Health Sciences, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
