Work Flexibility: Field-based<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h1><b>What You Will Do:</b></h1><p></p><ul><li><p>Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts to drive sales and account growth.</p></li><li><p>Communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders and customers, respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve challenges.</p></li><li><p>Manage and prioritize sales activities to maximize market potential.</p></li><li><p>Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings comfortably.</p></li><li><p>Provide comprehensive Stryker product knowledge and training to customers.</p></li><li><p>Manage and maintain sample inventory of products meticulously.</p></li><li><p>Adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility.</p></li><li><p>Participate in and represent Stryker at industry events and conferences as required.</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>What You Need:</b></h1><p></p><p><b>Required:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field</p></li><li><p>Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical healthcare/sales role (or a combination of the two)</p></li><li><p>H<span>old certificates as a Clinical Support Staff and a Sales Promotion Representative (KDE, STE) certified by the Ministry of Health, or to be a graduate of a relevant university program that qualifies the individual to obtain these certifications</span></p></li><li><p>Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office suite programs including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record of achieving sales goals</p></li><li><p>Knowledge and experience with sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstrations and sales control systems.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in English</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred:</b></p><ul><li><p>Medical device related fields or B2B sales experience</p></li><li><p><span>Experience in Neurosurgery, ENT Surgery, and Orthopedic Surgery.</span></p></li><li><p>Experience in clinical work environment</p></li><li><p>Residing in İstanbul</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 70%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
