<p><b><span>In this role, he/she will have the opportunity to:</span></b></p><p><b><span><span>1)<span> </span></span></span></b><b><span>Application Development & Technical Support</span></b></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Design and execute application tests for chromatography resins.</span></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Develop and release application notes, including experimental design, data generation, and technical writing aligned with Cytiva standards.</span></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Explain resin binding sites and differences compared to similar resins; provide customer-specific guidance based on antibody structure and protein-A/antibody interaction knowledge.</span></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Investigate resin performance under varying operating conditions (e.g., temperature impact on purification processes).</span></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Generate resin stability data in different storage solutions and assess tolerance in chemical environments.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span><span>2)<span> </span></span></span></b><b><span>Customer Interaction & On-Site Support</span></b></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Provide technical consultation to customers on resin applications and packing protocols.</span></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Perform column packing (lab and small-scale industrial) at customer sites when required; collaborate with commercial team for large-scale packing support.</span></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Address CIP (Cleaning in Place) challenges during resin application and propose effective solutions.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span><span>3)<span> </span></span></span></b><b><span>Development Project Participation</span></b></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Contribute to resin development projects: verify binding capacity, troubleshoot application issues, and recommend optimized protocols to meet customer specifications.</span></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Provide technical insights for new protocol development when standard approaches do not meet performance targets.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span><span>4)<span> </span></span></span></b><b><span>Cross‑Functional Collaboration </span></b></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Work closely with R&D, Commercial, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure seamless technology transfer and customer satisfaction.</span></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Support customer evaluations and troubleshooting with deep technical expertise.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span><span>5)<span> </span></span></span></b><b><span>Additional duties</span></b></p><p><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support the broader goals of R&D and Innovation organizations.</span></p><p><span>Join our winning team today.
