As a key part of our manufacturing operations, the team ensures products meet the highest standards of <b>quality, safety, and regulatory compliance</b> under <b>GMP guidelines</b>.</p><p></p><p>We are a <b>rapidly expanding site</b> with increasing opportunities for professional growth. We value our people as our greatest asset and are passionate about <b>nurturing and developing future scientific talent</b>.</p><p>As a <b>Senior QC Technician</b>, you will perform and oversee a wide range of <b>analytical testing</b> activities to support product release, stability programs, and method validation. This hands-on role requires a strong technical background in <b>chromatography</b>, particularly <b>UPLC and HPLC</b>, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of <b>GMP compliance</b>.</p><p>You will be actively involved in day-to-day laboratory operations, troubleshooting analytical issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of laboratory practices.</p><p></p><p>What You&#39;ll Do:</p><ul><li>Execute a range of analytical methods, including but not limited to <b>UPLC, HPLC, cIEF, and CE-SDS</b>, to support in-process, release, and stability testing.</li><li>Perform <b>peer and technical review</b> of analytical data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and <b>GMP compliance</b>.</li><li>Contribute to the <b>qualification, calibration, and validation</b> of laboratory instruments and analytical methods.</li><li>Support the <b>implementation of new technologies and chromatographic techniques</b> to enhance laboratory efficiency and robustness.</li><li>Maintain accurate records in compliance with <b>data integrity principles (ALCOA&#43;)</b>.</li><li>Perform all work safely, adhering to <b>EH&amp;S practices</b>, PPE requirements, and proactive hazard identification.</li><li>Participate in <b>continuous improvement</b> initiatives, deviation investigations, and CAPA development.</li></ul><p></p><p>Keys to Success:</p><p><b>Education</b></p><ul><li><b>Bachelor of Science</b> in <b>Chemistry, Biotechnology</b>, or a closely related discipline.</li><li>Postgraduate qualifications in Analytical Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Science – <b>advantageous</b>.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Experience</b></p><ul><li><b>1&#43; years’ experience</b> in a <b>GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical laboratory</b>, focusing on <b>analytical or quality control testing</b>.</li><li>Demonstrated hands-on experience with <b>UPLC and HPLC systems</b> (Waters, Agilent, or equivalent) and related software such as <b>Empower 3</b>.</li><li>Practical understanding of <b>method qualification, validation, and transfer</b> processes.</li><li>Experience working with <b>LIMS, Smartsheets, 32Karat</b>, or similar data management systems – desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with <b>ICH guidelines, data integrity requirements, and GMP documentation practices</b>.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</b></p><ul><li>Solid understanding of <b>cGMP principles</b> and how they apply to analytical laboratories.</li><li>Strong <b>analytical and troubleshooting skills</b> in chromatographic techniques.</li><li>Ability to interpret complex data and maintain high attention to detail.</li><li>Effective communicator across technical and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a <b>fast-paced, evolving environment</b>.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Benefits</b></p><p><b>Join our team and take advantage of these great benefits!
