Work Flexibility: Field-based<div>Who we Want:An OR Renovation Senior Project Manager manages new build and renovation projects from purchase order through project completion while supporting the regional Program Manager with quoting, selling, planning, vendor management and budgeting phase. Key metrics include Revenue, Quality, Cost, Customer Satisfaction and Schedule. They will be responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive an exceptional customer experience while delivering upon key performance objectives. </div><div>Success in this role will require an in-depth knowledge of construction, construction management and project management, clear communication skills, and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders representing all areas of the business. </div><div>Pre-Sales: </div><div><ul><li>Supports quoting activity for all OR Renovation leads within the region under the guidance of the regional Program Manager. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li> Assists the regional Program Manager in all pre-sales activities that results in new sales of Stryker Communications OR Renovation portfolio. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Supports the selling of Stryker Communications OR renovation portfolio within approved indications for use. </li><li>Build, manage, and maintain relationships across Stryker and it’s OR Renovation partners including: Sales (Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, Area Directors), Customer Care (Project Managers, PSM’s, Installation Team), Third Party Vendors, Marketing, Quality and Regulatory </li><li>Assists the regional Program Manager development of relationships with customers such that each aspect of the customer’s business is understood and there is continuous contact at various levels throughout their organization.</li><li>Assists the regional Program Manager to deliver convincing presentations of Stryker solutions to all customer stakeholders including, but not limited to: C-Suite, OR Directors, OR Support Staff, Facilities, Construction Management, Project Management, Biomed, Purchasing and Equipment Planning Firms. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Post-Sale: </div><div><ul><li>Manages all aspects of OR Renovation projects including but not limited to: quoting, selling, planning, vendor management and budgeting through customer sign off </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Manages project transitions between functional groups and project phases to ensure a seamless customer experience. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Identifies Renovation project scope; coordinates with Operations, Quality, Sales, Finance, 3rd Party Vendors and Direct Customers to identify goals, schedule, budget, staffing requirements, and allotment of resources. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Develops renovation project plans & phases in coordination with Regional Project Managers, IT Project Managers, Program Managers, and 3rd Party Vendors to including but not limited to timelines, identification and mitigation of risks, resource requirements, logistical support, and construction documentation. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Influence stakeholders within the projects assigned, prioritize tasks within a given project, and provide process improvement recommendations to stakeholders and direct management. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Provides pre-installation and construction requirement documentation to internal, external stakeholders and 3rd party vendors. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Establishes, modifies, and monitors project and system workflow (SalesForce.com documentation). </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Assigns duties and monitors quality of work and coordinates with installation management; ensures project team members to include 3rd party vendors conform to organizational and FDA policies and procedures. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Provides day-to-day guidance for project activities; actively works to promote and recognize project team performance. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Provides detailed and accurate weekly revenue forecasting updates to higher level management outlining revenue recognition for a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Other duties as assigned by manager. </li></ul></div>Education & Special Trainings:<ul><li>B.B.A or B.S in business or related curriculum</li></ul>Qualifications & Experience:<div><ul><li>Excellent interpersonal communication skills. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Excellent analytical skills. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Excellent organizational skills. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Preferred construction project management experience </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>6+ of related experience required </li></ul></div>Physical & Mental Requirements<div><ul><li>Must be able to resolve complex issues of a broad scope using independent judgment. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Must be able to routinely make decisions which affect immediate operations and may have a division-wide effect. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Must be able to communicate with others in large groups and virtually. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Must be able to drive an automobile. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. </li></ul></div>Travel Percentage: 60%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
