Work Flexibility: Field-based<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><p><span><span>Who we Want:</span></span></p><p></p><p><span><span>A</span><span>n</span><span> OR Renovation </span><span>Senior </span><span>Project</span><span> Manager</span><span> manages new build and renovation projects from purchase order through project completion while supporting the regional Program Manager with</span><span> </span><span>quoting, selling, </span><span>planning, vendor </span><span>management</span><span> and budgeting phas</span><span>e</span><span>. </span><span> </span><span>Key metrics include </span><span>Revenue</span><span>,</span><span> Quality, Cost,</span><span> Customer </span><span>Satisfaction</span><span> and Schedule</span><span>. </span><span>They will </span><span>be responsible for</span><span> partnering with </span><span>internal and external </span><span>stakeholders to drive an exceptional</span><span> </span><span>customer experience while </span><span>delivering upon</span><span> key performance </span><span>objectives</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>Success in this role will require </span><span>an in-depth knowledge of construction, construction management and </span><span>project management, clear communication skills, and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders </span><span>representing</span><span> all areas of the business</span><span>.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><u><span>Pre-Sales:</span></u><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Supports</span><span> quoting activity for all OR Renovation leads within the region</span><span> under the guidance of the regional Program Manager</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span> <span>Assists</span><span> </span><span>the regional Program Manager</span><span> </span><span>in all pre-sales activities that </span><span>results</span><span> in </span><span>new sales</span><span> of Stryker Communications OR Renovation portfolio.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Supports the selling of Stryker Communications OR renovation portfolio within approved indications for use.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Build, manage, and </span><span>maintain</span><span> relationships across Stryker and </span><span>it’s</span><span> OR Renovation partners </span><span>including:</span><span> Sales (Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, Area Directors), Customer Care (Project Managers, PSM’s, Installation Team), Third Party Vendors, </span><span>Marketing, Quality and Regulatory</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Assists the regional Program </span><span>Manager</span><span> </span><span>development of</span><span> relationships with customers such that each aspect of the customer’s business is understood and there is continuous contact at various levels throughout their organization.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Assists</span><span> the regional Program Manager</span><span> </span><span>to d</span><span>eliver convincing presentations of Stryker solutions to all customer stakeholders including, but not limited to: C-Suite, OR Directors, OR Support Staff, Facilities, Construction Management, Project Management, Biomed, </span><span>Purchasing</span><span> and Equipment Planning Firms.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><u><span>Post-Sale:</span></u><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Manages all aspects of OR Renovation projects including but not limited </span><span>to:</span><span> quoting, selling, planning, vendor </span><span>management</span><span> and budgeting through customer sign off</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Manages project transitions between functional groups and project phases</span><span> to ensure a seamless customer experience.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Identifies</span><span> Renovation project scope; coordinates with Operations, Quality, Sales, Finance, 3</span></span><span><span>rd</span></span><span><span> Party Vendors and Direct Customers to </span><span>identify</span><span> goals, schedule, budget, staffing requirements, and allotment of resources.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Develops renovation project plans & phases in coordination with Regional Project Managers, IT Project Managers, Program Managers, and 3</span></span><span><span>rd</span></span><span><span> Party Vendors to including but not limited to timelines, identification and mitigation of risks, resource requirements, logistical support, and construction documentation. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Influence stakeholders within the projects assigned, prioritize tasks within a given project, and provide process improvement recommendations to stakeholders and direct management. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Provides pre-installation and construction requirement documentation to internal, external stakeholders and 3</span></span><span><span>rd</span></span><span><span> party vendors.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Establishes, </span><span>modifies</span><span>, and monitors project and system workflow (SalesForce</span><span>.com</span><span> documentation).</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Assigns duties and monitors quality of work and coordinates with installation management; ensures project team members to include 3</span></span><span><span>rd</span></span><span><span> party vendors conform to organizational and FDA policies and procedures.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Provides</span><span> day-to-day guidance for project activities;
