PSS is a highly innovative area and a continuous growth driver — a true cornerstone of the business. You will lead diverse teams, manage complex projects, and contribute to shaping the next generation of patient‑specific products &amp; solutions.</span></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>What You&#39;ll Do:</span></b></p><p></p><ul><li><span>Work across a mix of hardware, software, and process improvement projects – managing initiatives that shape both our products and the way we operate.</span></li><li><span>Ensure seamless collaboration between R&amp;D, AO, QA and other key functions</span></li><li><span>Lead the team with autonomy in the development of the project charter and management plan. Direct, manage, monitor, and control projects. Evaluate tradeoffs within project scope, timeline, resources and budget.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop, manage, and own project scope. Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure.</span></li><li><span>Develop and manage the detailed project Gantt chart. Analyze critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones. Own the project schedule.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with cross-functional managers to define project budget. Monitor and maintain costs within budget.</span></li><li><span>Develop a risk management plan for the project. Identify, analyze, and understand project risks; develop and monitor a risk response plan.</span></li><li><span>Estimate, acquire and assign cross-functional project resources. Facilitate alignment on roles, deliverables, and work packages across cross‑functional contributors to ensure clarity and effective collaboration.</span></li><li><span>In this role, you’ll have visibility across multiple functions and the opportunity to influence strategic decisions through strong project leadership and PMO best practices.</span></li><li><span>We foster a collaborative environment that values proactive problem-solving, continuous learning, and open communication. Your ideas and leadership will directly shape how we deliver innovation.</span></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>What You&#39;ll Need:</span></b></p><p></p><ul><li><span>PMP or equivalent preferred</span></li><li><span>BS or equivalent &amp; 3&#43; years of work experience</span><i><span>.</span></i> <span>Builds successful working relationships with internal and external personnel in various departments. Understands quality system(s).</span></li><li><span>High in emotional intelligence and stays calm under pressure. Adept in conflict resolution.</span></li><li><span>Drives results in support of the business, even under demanding timelines.
