<div class="content-intro">At Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency and respiratory illnesses.</div>The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and completing complex, cross-functional project initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Order Operations, IT, Marketing, Sales, and Senior Management and&nbsp; Executive Leaders to ensure the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of projects that drive business growth and operational efficiency.&nbsp; Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage several of our company’s most impactful, cross-functional projects concurrently</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead all project activities with business stakeholders and other supporting resources</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop communication plans to engage with business users and key stakeholders to manage expectations regarding changes to systems and/or business processes</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Track and maintain an accurate and continuously updated view of activities and deliverables to ensure timely delivery of projects</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Prepare and present presentations to business partners</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Operate as a leader of continuous improvement and change agent within the organization</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop and manage tools and methods to track and report Commercial Operations department outcomes</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Identify, develop, implement, and maintain process improvements within the Commercial Operations department</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Define team member roles and expectations and ensure effective communication between other parties involved in projects</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Create and maintain process and system maps</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with leadership to gain approval and prioritize business needs in order to implement process improvements quickly and effectively</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Identify, lead, and implement end-to-end priority project and process improvement activities including:</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Project plan and timeline development</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Cross-functional project resources coordination</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Project status updates</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Process mapping</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Metrics and measurement</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Project completion analysis</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Act as a proxy for key stakeholders and project sponsors</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> Qualifications Education &amp; Experience Required: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">5+ years’ experience in process improvement or related field</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven experience leading and successfully completing large-scale, cross-functional projects</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Project Management certifications preferred&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> Knowledge &amp; Skills <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Superior proficiency in applications including MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
