Where You Fit In As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the execution of complex, cross-functional projects at the intersection of machine learning, genome biology, and drug discovery. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping our teams build and execute on project plans that enable scientific breakthroughs in target identification, molecule design, and therapeutic program advancement. You’ll partner closely with a broad range of stakeholders - including ML Scientists, Bioinformaticians, Statistical Geneticists, Experimental Biologists, Product Managers, Engineers, and Leadership - to ensure projects are well-scoped, prioritized, and delivered effectively. These initiatives span internal program advancement and high-impact external collaborations, including pharmaceutical partnerships, and require tight coordination across both technical and scientific teams. You will report to the Director of R&D Operations, and work with teams across Machine Learning, Target Identification, Engineering, Platform Biology, Platform Technology, Platform Chemistry, Legal, and Drug Discovery to drive the successful execution of our goals. This hybrid role is based in Boston. Some travel will be required, approximately once a quarter.
