Work Flexibility: Hybrid<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of Stryker's international Advanced Operations CMF PMO team, responsible for developing process strategies for products in the Cranio-Maxillo-Facial (CMF) area—from the initial concept to the successful start of production using efficient manufacturing methods. This is a hybrid role based out of Mahwah, New Jersey.</p><p></p><p><b>What You Will Do:</b> </p><ul><li>Lead projects for implementing supply chains and manufacturing strategies for new patient-specific products. </li><li>Accountability for all design transfer activities and to deliver the product on time, in scope, in quality and on budget. </li><li>Manage project and product costs while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks. </li><li>Activate and motivate the project team to drive project success and achieve goals on time. </li><li>Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and suppliers to understand end-customer needs and ensure successful project implementation. </li><li>Innovate and improve the current project management tools and the PMO governance. Mentor and coach other Project Managers</li></ul><p><br /><b>What You Need:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelors Degree</li><li>6+ years of post-grad work experience</li><li>4+ years of Project Management experience</li><li>PMP or equivalent preferred</li></ul><p></p><p><span>$123,100.00 - 205,200 annual salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
