Our comprehensive workflow solutions supercharge productivity and efficiency in food and beverage testing, environmental and industrial testing, biopharma QA/QC, toxicology, and anti-doping. Our products are pivotal in scientific research, supporting multiomics, drug discovery, and clinical research, driving advancements in these vital fields.</p><p><br /><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><h3>Program &amp; Project Leadership</h3><ul><li><p>Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from feasibility to commercial launch</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute comprehensive project plans aligned to business objectives</p></li><li><p>Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards</p></li></ul><p></p><h3>Cross-Functional Leadership</h3><ul><li><p>Lead cross-functional core teams (R&amp;D, Product Management, Product Marketing, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Coordinate global stakeholders and drive collaboration</p></li><li><p>Translate complex technical topics into clear executive-level communication</p></li></ul><p></p><h3>Governance &amp; Communication</h3><ul><li><p>Maintain structured reporting (e.g., dashboards for Leadership Team)</p></li><li><p>Provide clear status updates and risk visibility</p></li><li><p>Communicate effectively across teams and senior leadership</p></li></ul><p></p><h3>Risk &amp; Strategy Management</h3><ul><li><p>Identify and mitigate program risks</p></li><li><p>Ensure alignment to strategic priorities</p></li><li><p>Monitor progress and drive accountability across the organization</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>6&#43; years of project/program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field; PMP preferred</p></li><li><p>Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with budgets exceeding $3M</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, PPM Pro)</p></li><li><p>Proven stakeholder management and executive communication skills</p></li><li><p>Experience driving organizational change and working within matrixed organizations</p></li><li><p>Strong risk management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities</p></li><li><p>Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies preferred</p></li><li><p>Ability to travel up to 20%</p></li><li><p>Experience in life sciences, manufacturing, or related industries preferred</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
