Senior Program Management

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our program management efforts. This is an exciting and visible program management opportunity to progress the most advanced peptide drugs in the clinic for cancer and advanced cirrhosis through later stage development. The ideal candidate is proficient, self-motivated, excels in a rapidly evolving environment, and has a strong understanding of drug development. This key role requires a strong background in project management within the biotech industry, and adept partnering with key stakeholders across functional areas to help translate program strategy into a robust and efficient execution plan. Responsibilities include strategic collaboration, project planning & execution, scenario assessment, resource & risk management, proactive risk identification, program implementation, performance tracking, stakeholder communication, and process optimization.
