The Senior Product Manager Neuroscience will lead the development and implementation of the marketing strategy of Neuroscience portfolio in the GCC. This role will lead planning and execution of market readiness for launching new neuroscience asset in the region as well as launch excellence; this person will work with cross-functional teams, including the distributors in those countries, to ensure alignment, prioritization, and appropriate resource allocations.</p><p>This position has a key role in the business strategy and overall financial success of the GCC.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Understand the overall business including business trends and BMS corporate strategy and contribute with business strategy execution in close interaction with Cross Functional Team.</p></li><li><p>Lead brand launches with excellence in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Map, develop and engage with KTLs in Schizophrenia as well as leading societies in mental illness.</p></li><li><p>Develops / champions annual brand planning and excel in tactical execution while demonstrating superior forecasting analysis and control of brands expenditures.</p></li><li><p>Lead and excel in pre-launch and launch of Neuroscience assets in the region.</p></li><li><p>Works with Access Team to ensure timely access, favourable pricing and reimbursement situations.</p></li><li><p>Develops and implements innovative marketing strategies and tactics, ensuring completion on a timely basis and within agreed budgets.</p></li><li><p>Analyses trends, threats, and opportunities in the marketplace. Translates these trends &amp; Opportunities in terms of long-term business implications.</p></li><li><p>Exhibit a best-in-class level of disease, product, and indication knowledge, including competitor products.</p></li><li><p>Initiate, build, and maintain strong relationships with KOL’s, HCPs, and where required, clinical pharmacists and payers to create positive impact and change to attainment of business objectives and targets.</p></li><li><p>Work with relevant stakeholders to develop depth understanding of Life Cycle Plan and deliver specific actions/programs to support prioritized business opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Trains and develops field team, as appropriate, on product/competitor knowledge and differentiation messages to the customers.</p></li><li><p>Ensure full compliance with laws, regulations, and BMS Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Role Qualifications:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Pharmaceutical / Medical field</p></li><li><p>Business School degree or MBA is preferred.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Experience and Knowledge:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 3 years of Marketing experience preferred in Neuroscience/Schizophrenia therapeutic areas.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated track record of success in launching and commercialization product(s) with high integrity while focusing on execution.</p></li><li><p>Ability to lead the development and implementation of innovative strategic and tactical plans with in-depth knowledge of marketing and sales and reasonable knowledge on field medical and access fundamentals.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders successfully and effectively.</p></li><li><p>Ability to lead cross-functional teams and success in effectively communicating and influencing decisions with senior management and Global Brand Team.</p></li><li><p>Proven history of seeking out new information and learning quickly – ability to absorb new concepts, analyze data and ask insightful questions to make effective decisions-experiments.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge and understanding of pricing &amp; reimbursement, outcomes research, regulatory affairs, payor management.</p></li><li><p>Broad and in-depth understanding of local and regional challenges relative to the pharmaceutical industry</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated use of communication and change management strategies/tactics to influence new ways of thinking and working.</p></li><li><p>Strong project management, analytical and forecasting skills.</p></li><li><p>Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to create energy and excitement.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of financial principles and how to manage budgets, control expenses and manage product performance.</p></li><li><p>Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic</p></li><li><p>Travelling is required.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-ONSITE</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><i>If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
