This role focuses on advancing solutions that deliver meaningful body composition insights across clinical, health &amp; wellness, and longevity markets—empowering providers, coaches, and consumers to drive better health outcomes throughout their wellness journey. You will translate customer needs into product strategy, identify emerging market opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that accelerate adoption and business growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, customer empathy, and execution excellence to ensure our solutions deliver measurable value and maintain market leadership.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><p><b>Essential Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><p><b>Product Strategy and Vision</b></p><ul><li>Define the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the Body Composition portfolio, including hardware, software, digital analytics, and service offerings.</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of customer needs across clinical, wellness, and longevity segments to guide product direction and prioritization.</li><li>Identify and evaluate new market opportunities—including metabolic health, obesity management, preventive care, sports performance, and wellness coaching—to drive portfolio expansion and revenue growth.</li><li>Lead market segmentation, competitive analysis, and opportunity sizing to inform strategic decisions.</li><li>Partner with regional commercial leaders to build and execute market development strategies that accelerate adoption in emerging and non-traditional markets.</li><li>Shape the value proposition and messaging for body composition insights, emphasizing improved outcomes, personalized health journeys, and data-driven decision-making.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Customer Insights &amp; Market Development</b></p><ul><li>Build strong relationships with clinicians, wellness operators, longevity centers, researchers, and key opinion leaders to gather insights and validate product concepts.</li><li>Conduct customer discovery, ethnographic research, and voice-of-customer programs to uncover unmet needs and emerging trends.</li><li>Develop strategies to expand body composition adoption in health &amp; wellness, concierge medicine, corporate wellness, fitness, and digital health ecosystems.</li><li>Support the creation of clinical and economic evidence demonstrating the value of body composition insights for improving patient outcomes and wellness engagement.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Product Development</b></p><ul><li>Translate customer insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications for engineering and design teams.</li><li>Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, clinical, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, and service teams to deliver high-quality solutions.</li><li>Ensure product designs meet regulatory requirements and align with global market needs.</li><li>Partner with marketing to develop positioning, messaging, sales enablement tools, and launch plans for new products and features.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Product Lifecycle Management</b></p><ul><li>Manage the full lifecycle of the Body Composition portfolio, including new product introductions, enhancements, and end-of-life strategies.</li><li>Optimize product configurations, pricing, and packaging to maximize profitability and customer value.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Business Growth &amp; Strategic Partnerships</b></p><ul><li>Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with digital health platforms, wellness ecosystems, AI analytics companies, and complementary technology providers.</li><li>Build and maintain strategic collaborations that enhance the value of our body composition insights and expand market reach.</li><li>Support commercial teams with strategic guidance, training, and tools to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Performance Metrics</b></p><ul><li>Define and track KPIs related to product adoption, customer engagement, market penetration, and financial performance.</li><li>Monitor competitive dynamics and adjust strategy to maintain a market leadership position.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications/Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, product marketing, medical devices, digital health, wellness technology, or related fields.</li><li>Experience working in regulated healthcare environments or adjacent wellness/fitness markets.</li><li>Team oriented with proven ability to work well with global and cross-functional teams</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent project management and organizational skills.</li><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States full-time.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Desired Characteristics</b></p><ul><li>MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Experience in body composition, metabolic health, digital health, or wellness technology.</li><li>Strong understanding of body composition measurement technologies.</li><li>Customer-facing experience in sales, clinical applications, marketing, or product commercialization.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market with both clinical and consumer-facing dynamics.</li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-LRG1</p><p>#LI-Onsite</p><p>#LI-Hybrid</p><p>#LI-Remote</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.&amp;#xa;&amp;#xa;For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $149,600.00-$224,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
