<h3>Job Title</h3>Senior Product Designer Haircare<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><span>Senior Industrial / Product Designer – Handheld Consumer Electronics </span></p><p></p><div><span class="emphasis-3"><i><u>Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English</u></i></span></div><p><span>职位职责 / Job Responsibilities&#xff1a; </span></p><p><span>1. 负责手持类消费电子产品&#xff08;如智能设备、便携式电子产品、可穿戴或智能硬件&#xff09;的前端创新设计&#xff0c;开展用户访谈、可用性测试及用户研究&#xff0c;推动以用户为中心的设计决策。 Conduct front-end innovation design for handheld consumer electronic products (e.g., smart devices, portable electronics, wearables or intelligent hardware), including user interviews, usability testing, and user research to drive user-centered design decisions. </span></p><p><span>2. 从概念阶段到前期设计落地&#xff0c;主导工业设计与产品设计方案&#xff0c;综合考虑外观形态、人体工学、CMF、使用体验及可制造性。 Drive industrial and product design concepts from ideation to front-end execution, considering form factor, ergonomics, CMF, usability, and manufacturability. </span></p><p><span>3. 以系统化视角进行设计&#xff0c;理解产品生态、软硬件协同及使用场景&#xff0c;确保产品外观、交互和体验的一致性与完整性。Develop holistic design solutions by understanding product ecosystems, hardware–software integration, and real-world usage scenarios. </span></p><p><span>4. 通过草图、工业设计效果图、3D方案及原型&#xff0c;高质量表达设计理念&#xff0c;并根据跨团队反馈持续迭代优化。 Create high-quality sketches, industrial design visuals, 3D concepts, and prototypes to clearly communicate design intent and iterate based on feedback. </span></p><p><span>5. 独立完成设计输出&#xff0c;确保设计质量、视觉一致性及品牌契合度&#xff0c;并支持工程及量产阶段的设计落地。 Independently deliver design outputs with strong attention to quality, consistency, and brand alignment, supporting engineering and mass production. </span></p><p><span>6. 清晰系统地输出设计规范、设计逻辑、用户流程等文档&#xff0c;支持跨地区、跨文化团队协作。 Document design specifications, workflows, and rationale clearly to support cross-regional and cross-cultural collaboration. </span></p><p><span>7. 与全球化的产品、工程、市场等团队紧密合作&#xff0c;能够使用英语进行设计汇报、评审和日常沟通。 Collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams, effectively presenting and discussing design work in English. </span></p><p><span>8. 结合市场趋势、用户洞察及商业目标&#xff0c;挖掘消费电子产品的创新机会。 Translate user insights, market trends, and business objectives into differentiated consumer electronics design solutions. </span></p><p></p><p><span>任职资格 / Qualifications: </span></p><p><span>1. 工业设计、产品设计、交互设计、UX设计等相关专业本科及以上学历。 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or related disciplines. </span></p><p><span>2. 5年以上工业设计 / 产品设计相关经验&#xff0c;有手持类电子产品或智能硬件项目经验&#xff1b; 有国际项目或跨区域团队合作经验者优先。 5&#43; years of experience in industrial or product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating handheld consumer electronics or smart hardware products; Experience working on international or cross-regional projects is a strong plus. 技能要求 / Skills </span></p><p><span>3. 扎实的工业设计基础&#xff08;造型、结构意识、人体工学、CMF&#xff09; Strong foundation in industrial design, ergonomics, and CMF. </span></p><p><span>4. 熟练使用设计及原型工具 良好的英语口头及书面沟通能力 良好的跨团队协作与项目推动能力 Proficiency in design and prototyping tools. Fluent communication skills Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.</span></p><p></p>
