We are searching for the best talent for Sr Process Engineer Fixed term 12 Months to be in Juarez City.

You will be responsible for:

• Identifies, designs and develops the necessary equipment.
• • Performs material tests.
• • Studies the processes to implement improvements.
• • Responsible for preparing and managing specifications.
• • Coordinates technicians and engineers about unusual problems.
• • Responsible for purchasing and designing equipment and tools that meet manufacturing,  safety and environment requirements.
• • Participates in saving and capital projects
• • Responsible of complying with finance metrics
• • Responsible for evaluating and developing action plans for quality, safety, cost, service  and regulatory compliance requirements.
• • Performs activities of process/product validation.
• • Responsible of evaluating and providing feedback in a timely manner, in performance  and development plans for personnel in charge
• Responsible for communicating business 
• related issues or opportunities to next management level
• • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next  management level
• Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and  Environmental practices as applicable.
• For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates 
• follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and  that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local  and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
• Performs other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Engineering any specialty.
• • Master of Science and/or Certification is recommended. 
• • From 4 to 6 years in a similar position preferably.
• • Experience in medical industry preferably
• Knowledge in good manufacturing practices and documentation preferably in the medical  industry.
• • Design of experiments
• • Knowledge of statistical analysis tools
• • Management of statistical procedures.
• • Knowledge of computational packages
• • Oral communication skills; and written in Spanish 
• • Senior Process Engineer: Strong understanding of standard costs and work standards.
• • Senior Process Engineer and Staff: Knowledge of production processes.
• Advanced English Senior Process Engineer
