Learn more at <a href="https://www.jnj.com/medtech" target="_blank">https://www.jnj.com/medtech</a></p><p></p><p><b>We are searching for the best talent for Sr Process Engineer Fixed term 12 Months to be in Juarez City.</b></p><p></p><p><b>You will be responsible for</b><b>:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Develops complex Process Engineering Supply Chain project plans, key milestones, and objectives to ensure engineering outputs meet business needs and requirements.</li><li>Oversees communication to management of any Process Engineering non-conformance, subsequent corrective, and preventive actions, by documenting, investigating, and conducting root cause analysis, and successfully implementing corrective actions.</li><li>Configures key performance Process Engineering reports to escalate to management, along with status updates relative to success in meeting critical goals and objectives.</li><li>Identifies, designs and develops potential cost improvement projects.</li><li>Performs material tests.</li><li>Studies the processes to implement improvements.</li><li>Responsible for preparing and managing specifications.</li><li>Responsible for designing tooling/equipment that meets safety requirements</li><li>Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level</li><li>Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures</li><li>Performs other duties assigned as needed</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications / Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Engineering, any specialty.</li><li>Masters in Science is recommendable.</li><li>4 to 6 years in a similar position, preferably.</li><li>Experience in the medical industry, preferably.</li><li>Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and documentation, preferably in the medical industry.</li><li>Experiment design</li><li>SPC knowledge Management of statistical procedures.</li><li>Knowledge of MS Office</li><li>Experience with PLM systems (Windchill)</li><li>Oral and written communication in Spanish and English.</li><li>Project Management</li><li>ERP System Knowledge</li><li>IQ/OQ/PQ</li><li>Process Validation</li><li>Process Verification</li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><b>Required Skills: </b></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><b>Preferred Skills:</b></p>
