Position Summary
You will lead the delivery and support of planning and supply chain technology services that help teams make better decisions. You will work closely with planning, IT, and commercial stakeholders to run services, resolve issues, and deliver improvements. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Operate and maintain planning and supply chain systems to ensure availability, performance and stability.
- Act as the primary contact for users, product owners and technical teams to resolve incidents and deliver changes.
- Lead service improvement activities, including root cause analysis and actions to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate releases, testing and deployments for system updates and integrations.
- Maintain runbooks, knowledge articles and service documentation to support consistent operations.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Experience managing enterprise planning, demand or supply chain systems or related IT services.
- Proven stakeholder management experience working with commercial, planning or supply chain teams.
- Practical experience in incident, problem and change management for IT services.
- Experience with data integration, ETL processes or APIs that support planning tools.
- Working knowledge of cloud and on-premise application hosting and basic security and compliance requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Hands-on experience with common planning platforms, ERP modules or advanced analytics used in planning.
- Scripting or automation skills such as SQL, Python or similar to support operational efficiency.
- Experience working in hybrid or global teams across multiple time zones.
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working, DevOps practices or continuous improvement methods.
- Prior experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
- Professional certification in IT service management, supply chain planning or project management.
Work type and location
This role is based in India and is on-site. Some travel to other GSK locations may be required.
