<p style="text-align:inherit"> </p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><u><b>Senior Paralegal</b></u><br /> </p><p>Location: Morristown, NJ (Hybrid).<br /> </p><p>You will join our North American Legal Team, where you will support corporate governance activities, legal systems, and key business stakeholders. Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge. In addition, below you will find a comprehensive summary of the benefits package we offer:</p><ul><li><p>Performance‑related bonus.</p></li><li><p>Medical, dental and vision insurance.</p></li><li><p>401(k) matching plan.</p></li><li><p>Life insurance, as well as short‑term and long‑term disability insurance.</p></li><li><p>Employee assistance programs.</p></li><li><p>Paid time off (PTO).</p></li><li>Retirement plan options, where applicable.</li></ul><p><br /><b>What you will do:</b></p><ul><li><p>Maintain corporate governance records and documentation within GEMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</p></li><li><p>Support M&A‑related activities and coordinate required filings under attorney supervision.</p></li><li><p>Serve as a technical lead for legal systems, including legal hold software, e‑billing and matter management tools.</p></li><li><p>Provide training and guidance on legal systems to team members and business partners.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders to support business objectives.</p></li><li><p>Prepare amendments, correspondence and contract documents as directed by counsel.</p></li><li><p>Support the development and maintenance of policies, processes and workflows related to legal systems.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we are looking for:</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience supporting corporate governance activities in a fast‑paced legal environment.</p></li><li><p>Ability to draft and review confidentiality agreements and related documentation.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and business partners.</p></li><li><p>Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines and adapt to changing business needs.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem‑solving skills and sound professional judgment.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn legal systems such as SAP, T360, GEMS, DocuSign and CLM tools.</p></li><li><p>Associate or Bachelor’s degree, and a paralegal certification preferred.<br /> </p></li></ul><p><b>About Lonza:</b><br /> </p><p>At Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
