font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business, psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">8+ years of experience in organizational development, leadership management, culture development, with a proven track record of global or multi-region involvement.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of organizational development theory, practices, and industry trends, working experience as a consultant is preferred.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
