Senior or Staff Electrical Engineer

Capstan Medical is creating a new standard for minimally invasive structural heart treatment. We are building a novel medical robotic application, developing systems on the cutting edge of efficiency, thermals, packing volume, and reliability. The role involves co-developing the next generation of motor drives, collaborating cross-functionally, leading technical projects, creating prototypes, and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing custom PCBs, experience with ISO 60601 compliance, and a strong understanding of early design decisions that affect later outcomes.
