The Senior Operative continually improves this job’s activities to meet the customers’ expectations and needs.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Act as a hands-on self-starter, involved in daily logistics operations while setting direction and overseeing team execution.</li><li>Develop and implement operational plans, identify improvement opportunities, and drive efficiency and effectiveness aligned with business goals.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your profile</b></p><ul><li>Fluent English is required and fluent Swedish is preferred.</li><li>Forklift truck training.</li><li>Adequate IT-knowledge (E.g.
