Senior Officer Warehouse

     

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Summary:

• Responsible for managing all activities within the raw materials section of the warehouse. Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, GXP, and EHS standards across all material warehousing operations.

• Job Description:

• Ensure the implementation & compliance of all GXP, EHS, industrial hygiene & housekeeping related standards in raw materials storage areas including General health Care Division.
• Manage and supervise all activities related to the storage of raw materials, ensuring compliance with their specific storage condition requirements.
• Plan, organize & arrange daily raw materials for dispensing against shop orders (MO).
• Ensure timely issuance/arrangement of raw materials of all products required as per dispatch list for dispensing.
• Ensure that all the records pertaining to raw materials storage & issuance are kept up to date as per GXP, Good Documentation Practices & data integrity requirements.
• Ensure daily checking & standardization of weighing scale /balances of the warehouse & maintain the record up to date.
• Maintain environmental data/temperature record of Material Warehouses as per requirement.
• Ensure all raw materials are stored as per their location in system.
• Ensure proper handling & storage of all excises bonded raw materials as per the requirement of the law of the land. 
• Ensure the storage of all hazardous materials as per their storage & handling requirement.
• Ensure timely posting of Manufacturing Orders & materials requisition & returns have been done by relevant stakeholder in the system.
• Report immediately in case there is unusual excess/ shortage to Senior Manager Warehouse.
• Ensure the implementation of all EHS standards applicable to raw materials storage section of the warehouse.
• Prepare lot end adjustments of the raw materials & ensure their timely posting in the system after approval from the relevant stakeholders.
• Follow up with the concerned person / department for the execution of tasks requested through work orders & demand maintenance form.
• Identify the areas of improvement in warehouse & prepare a list quality improvement project to present before the Sr Manager Warehouse for approval.
• Serve as Sectional Training, SOP, and CAPA Coordinator. Act as Author/Reviewer for SOPs related to the raw materials issuance/arrangement/storage and ensure their effective implementation and compliance
• Ensure timely closure of CAPA/task related to warehouse.
• Any other job assigned by Senior Warehouse Manager or Seniors.
