You will be responsible for delivering sustainable sales growth, profit targets and brand visibility across your customer. This leadership role requires a blend of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and strong relationship-building skills to drive profitable Net Revenue growth and outperformance in market.</i></b></p><p></p><p><b><i>Key Responsibilities:</i></b></p><ul><li>Develop and execute a robust customer strategy aligned with UK business objectives.</li><li>Drive net revenue growth, market share expansion, and achievement of profit targets. Identify business development opportunities to stretch beyond the target.</li><li>Maximize brand visibility and sell-out growth through best-in-class activation, promotion, and merchandising strategies.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Marketing, supply chain and finance, to ensure alignment and flawless execution.</li><li>Lead the annual joint business planning process and commercial negotiations, ensuring favorable terms that support growth and profitability.</li><li>Identify growth opportunities through assortment, distribution, pricing and category development initiatives.</li><li>Track, report and analyze sales performance, promotional effectiveness, and ROI to inform decision-making, paying close attention not to exceed our budgeted trade investment as a % of Net Revenue.</li><li>Communicate the key drivers of monthly sales growth vs LY.</li><li>Monitor competitor activity to adapt strategy as needed.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b>Who you are ?</b></b></span></h1></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p><b><span>Experience and background </span></b></p><ul><li>Blue-chip FMCG background.</li><li>Experience managing Boots.</li><li>Strong track record in national account management, ideally within beauty, however similar FMCG product categories would be considered.</li><li>Proven success in achieving sales, market share, and profit targets.</li><li>Commercially savvy with strong analytical and financial skills.</li><li>Strategic thinker with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans.</li><li>Ambitious, with the potential to progress to a ‘head of’ role within 18-24 months.</li><li>Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><i>We are convinced that diversity is a source of fulfillment, social balance and complementarity for our employees, which is why our offers are open to all, without restriction.</i></p>
