When considering candidates, we look for scientific and business professionals who are highly motivated, collaborative, and most importantly, share our passionate interest in fighting cancer.</b></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description:</b></p><p><b>General Description: </b></p><p></p><p><b>Senior Medical Manager – Solid Tumor</b> is responsible for providing <i>strategic medical leadership</i> for the solid‑tumor portfolio, supporting both clinical development and medical affairs activities across Thailand. This role acts as the scientific and clinical expert for solid tumor, leads medical strategy execution, ensures highest ethical and compliance standards, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams (e.g. Global/Regional Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Market Access, Pharmacovigilance).</p><p></p><p><b>Key Role and Responsibilities: </b></p><p></p><p><b>A. Medical Strategy </b></p><ul><li><p>Lead the overall medical strategy and tactical execution for the solid‑tumor portfolio.</p></li><li><p>Develop and own the solid‑tumor medical plan in alignment with Global Medical Affairs, Thailand brand teams (Commercial, R&amp;D, HEOR, and others).</p></li><li><p>Partner closely with Clinical Development teams to support global studies, including feasibility assessments, patient enrolment and developing strong scientific rationale for study participation.</p></li><li><p>Ensure Thailand’s medical strategy is aligned with regional and global direction while maintaining strict adherence to all local and global compliance and regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Provide medical guidance and ensure scientific accuracy for MSLs and all cross‑functional teams engaged in solid‑tumor activities.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>B. Evidence Generation &amp; Clinical Support</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead local evidence‑generation initiatives, including IITs, RWE studies, and registries, in partnership with global and regional teams.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the interpretation of local clinical data and integrate findings into ongoing and future medical strategies.</p></li><li><p>Review IIT proposals and provide recommendations based on alignment with global/local strategy, ensuring appropriate internal and external communication.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>C. Scientific Engagement &amp; External Leadership</b></p><ul><li><p>Serve as a key scientific expert and primary contact for KOLs, clinical investigators, and academic partners.</p></li><li><p>Build and sustain strong scientific partnerships within the solid‑tumor medical community.</p></li><li><p>Develop scientific communication plans, including local publications and educational programs, and lead scientific exchange activities such as advisory boards and congress engagements.</p></li><li><p>Continuously gather clinical insights through KOL interactions to inform strategic planning and identify unmet medical needs.</p></li><li><p>Provide scientific updates related to BeOne products and pipeline upon request and facilitate meaningful scientific discussions with KOLs.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>D. Medical Governance, Compliance &amp; Safety</b></p><ul><li><p>Ensure all medical initiatives comply with local regulatory requirements, ICH‑GCP standards, ethical codes, and internal SOPs.</p></li><li><p>Review and approve promotional and non‑promotional materials to ensure accuracy and ethical integrity.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Pharmacovigilance to support safety strategy, signal detection, and timely medical input, if applicable.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>E. Cross-functional Collaboration</b></p><ul><li><p>Work closely with Market Access, Regulatory, Commercial, Clinical Operations, and HEOR to ensure medical alignment across all strategic initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Provide scientifically sound medical support for cross‑functional queries from external stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Deliver medical insights that support pricing, reimbursement submissions, and policy engagements.</p></li><li><p>Lead cross‑functional scientific projects, ensuring strategic relevance and scientific rigor.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>F. Talent Development &amp; Leadership</b></p><ul><li><p>Mentor and develop junior medical colleagues, including MSLs, fostering strong scientific capability and professional growth, if applicable.</p></li><li><p>Promote a culture of scientific excellence, ethical behavior, and compliance across the team.</p></li><li><p>Lead capability‑building initiatives and contribute to people development within the medical function.</p></li><li><p>Be a role‑model BeOne’s core values: Patients First, Collaborative Spirit, Bold Ingenuity, and Driving Excellence.</p></li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Qualification Required:</b></p><p><b>Education/</b><b>Experience required:  </b></p><p>With minimum 5 years’ industry experience as R&amp;D or MA, or advanced degree (e.g. PhD)</p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:  </b></p><p></p><p><b>A. Education</b></p><ul><li><p>MD., PharmD, PhD, or Master’s in Life Sciences (e.g., MSc Oncology, Biomedical Sciences).</p></li></ul><p><b>B. Experience</b></p><ul><li><p>5-8 years medical affairs or clinical development experience (oncology preferred)</p></li><li><p>Experience interacting with clinicians, KOLs, investigators, and academic institutions.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record in medical strategy, evidence generation, or clinical research — aligned with responsibilities from global solid‑tumor clinical science roles.</p></li><li><p>Experience in cross‑functional leadership.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>C. Technical &amp; Scientific Skills</b></p><ul><li><p>Strong expertise and knowledge of clinical medicine (Oncology desirable): solid-tumor biology, treatment landscape, guidelines, and emerging science.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with clinical trial methodology, protocol writing, safety monitoring, and regulatory processes.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of business planning and/or clinical trial process</p></li><li><p>Strong data interpretation and analysis.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>D.
