We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to help shape the next generation of neonatal incubators, warmers, and connected care solutions. In this role, you will lead the design of complex mechanical systems that directly impact patient safety, clinical workflow, and product performance. From thermal management and structural design to mechanisms and manufacturability, you will play a key role in transforming innovative concepts into products used in hospitals around the world. What You'll Do

• Lead mechanical design efforts from concept through production launch

• Develop innovative solutions for thermal, structural, and electromechanical challenges

• Perform and guide FEA, thermal analysis, and tolerance stack-up analysis

• Drive Design for Excellence, including manufacturability, reliability, assembly, and serviceability

• Lead mechanical risk assessments and design FMEAs in accordance with ISO 14971

• Plan and execute design verification activities and generate objective evidence

• Partner with manufacturing teams to support design transfer and production readiness

• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and software subsystems

• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical reviews across the organization

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

• 8+ years of experience developing complex products

• Strong expertise in 3D CAD modeling and mechanical design, GD&T and tolerance analysis, structural analysis and FEA, design for manufacturing, injection-molded plastics, and mechanical verification and validation

• Experience delivering products from concept through production

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Medical device or highly regulated industry experience

• Experience with IEC 60601, ISO 14971, and design controls

• Thermal system design and analysis experience

• Mechanism and kinematic design experience

• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical reviews
