About the Opportunity
Your Tasks Include
- Reviewing and releasing daily purchase requisitions for your assigned material groups - MRP Controllers.
- Monitoring missing production components and consolidating acceleration priorities for the Material Order Management team.
- Adjusting safety stock and cycle stock levels and maintaining other inventory parameters, including vendor stocking programs.
- Managing master data related to material master, vendor info records, and other planning-relevant data.
- Leading inventory optimization initiatives in order to reduce slow-movers and obsoletes.
- Conducting planning-related analyses and preparing monthly and quarterly supplier forecasts.
- Collaborating with contract manufacturers by sharing planning data, monitoring capacity, tracking goods flow, and releasing purchase orders.
- Facilitating global monthly portfolio review meetings.
- Contributing to supply chain improvement projects across the region.
Your Profile
- University degree in a technical or economic field.
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in material or production planning.
- Solid knowledge of SAP MM and PP; experience with BW, APO, or S/4HANA is an advantage.
- Experience working with procurement processes, buyers, vendors, and purchase agreements is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with very good proficiency in MS Excel.
- Advanced English skills; German is an advantage.
- Experience in project work and process optimization.
- A conceptual, result‑oriented mindset and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- A dynamic communicator who brings initiative and clarity to cross-functional collaboration.
