You should have practical marketing experience, a clear understanding of CVMD Health Care Professional (HCP) needs, and a track record of executing cross‑functional strategies. Prior vaccine experience is a plus but not required.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b><br />This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:</p><p></p><p>• Develop and operationalize a Health Care Professional (HCP) engagement strategy—grounded in patient journey insights—to increase herpes zoster vaccination among Cardiovascular and Metabolic Diseases (CVMD) patients, with ambitious but executable tactics and timelines.<br />• Create tailored, specialty‑specific messaging and field tools for cardiology, endocrinology, and nephrology audiences, leveraging clinical evidence relevant to CVMD risks.<br />• Plan and deliver business‑compliant omnichannel campaigns (field, digital, congress, peer‑to‑peer, educational materials) in collaboration with Sales, Medical, Digital, Regulatory, Compliance, and International teams.<br />• Define and update segmentation and targeting at national and state levels; prioritize high‑impact opportunities.<br />• Track performance through clear KPIs and dashboards; provide regular local and Latam reporting with actionable insights.<br />• Support Market Access initiatives to improve vaccine access for CVMD patients in the public market, and share learnings with Latam/International teams while adapting global best practices and assets for local relevance.<br /><br /><b>Why You?</b><br /><b>Basic Qualification</b><br />We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related commercial/health field.</p></li><li><p>6 years of marketing experience, with at least 50% in CVMD.</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of cardiologists’, endocrinologists’ and nephrologists’ clinical drivers and how these influence the patient journey.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience executing HCP campaigns, including segmentation, targeting and field activations.</p></li><li><p>Practical knowledge of Mexico’s private and public healthcare markets.</p></li><li><p>Strong project management and analytical skills, including KPI tracking, data‑driven recommendations, and effective stakeholder/vendor management in a matrix organization.</p></li><li><p>Written and spoken fluency in English and Spanish</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>Preferred Qualification</b><br />If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:</p><ul><li><p>Advanced degree (MBA or postgraduate in marketing or life sciences).</p></li><li><p>Direct experience in vaccines, immunization programs or public health initiatives in Mexico or Latin America.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with global and regional teams to adapt strategy for local markets.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of market access and reimbursement processes in Mexico.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Working model and travel</b><br />This role is hybrid with regular expectations to work from the local office as agreed with your manager.
