<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">Position Summary</span></strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">The </span><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">Senior Marketing Manager, NIPT </span></strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">will develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive adoption of and promote Natera’s genetic tests, UX offerings, and patient education tools to OBGYN, MFM, and GC providers and their patients. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing marketing team and create multi-channel campaigns for market-leading products that impact healthcare for millions of patients. This role reports to the Director, NIPT and Hereditary Cancer Marketing.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">Primary Responsibilities</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Market Awareness and Adoption:</span></span></p> <ul> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Create and execute marketing plans to</span><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;"> </span></strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">increase awareness and ensure the promotion of</span><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;"> </span></strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">key Panorama NIPT and Vistara Single-Gene NIPT messages through appropriate marketing and sales channels.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Develop and implement HCP and patient marketing campaigns, content, and engagement tactics to communicate the value and drive adoption of Panorama, Vistara, and associated support services. </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Present marketing campaigns, progress, and performance to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and inform campaign optimization</span></span></p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Cross-Functional Collaboration:</span></span></p> <ul> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Partner cross-functionally with Product, UX, Patient Experience, Sales, Medical, and Leadership teams to understand customer needs and inform offerings.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Develop and support the execution of commercial launch plans for new product features and services.</span></span></p> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Market and Business Analysis:</span></span></p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Conduct market research on customer drivers, competitive landscape, and effectiveness of messaging to refine marketing strategy.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Identify and size business opportunities by creating business cases and financial models.</span></span></p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Project and Financial Management:</span></span></p> <ul> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Effectively manage marketing projects, timelines, vendors and budget.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Track and improve ROI for marketing programs.</span></span></p> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">Qualifications</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">B.A. or B.S. degree required; MBA/Advanced degree preferred.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, which includes healthcare product marketing, product management, sales, medical affairs or strategic consulting experience.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Experience in life sciences, health technology, or diagnostics preferred.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Formal educational background or clinical experience in genetic counseling or medical genetics preferred.</span></span></p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">Knowledge, Skills & Abilities</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">High integrity.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Project management including organization, attention to detail, and timeline tracking.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Experience marketing products and services to healthcare providers including synthesizing clinical information and composing concise promotional copy.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Strong collaboration and leadership skills with cross-functional teams.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Strong communication and presentation skills.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Basic financial and economic modeling skills.
